Policy for all commission Types

I can draw:

✦ certain fetishes (can be discussed)
✦extremely detailed charactersRefunds, waiting list and more:
✦ A commission can take anywhere between 1~2 months, if not more.
✦ No refunds will be given passed 3 months
✦If your commission hasn't been started, you can change the character
✦If you try to charge back a commission after it has been done you will be added to the blacklist [https://sta.sh/059z01rtghj]
✦ If you want your commission to be done at a exact time or day a 10$ fee will be added.
✦ Updates / wips are sent all the time, you can always request for changes on things if they haven't been started on free of charge, however if you decide to change things pass the lineart stage a 15$ fee will be added

Detailed scene can be discussed but it does have an extra scene for complicated BG.
